• On-line printable version This is an on-line printable version. Once the page loads, just click on the print button on your browser then fill in your order, and post it to us with your payment (via cheque or fill in your credit / debit card details). Click here
  
  
• PDF Printable version (45kb) This is a PDF version (.PDF) that requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download free from www.adobe.com Right click on the download link. Choose "save target as" from the menu. Then choose the location you want to save the order form to and click "save." The file is saved to your computer. You can open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader, print it then fill in your order and post it to us with your payment. (via cheque or fill in your credit / debit card details). Download
  
  
• Download Microsoft Excel version (199kb) You can download the latest order form as an EXCEL (.XLS) spreadsheet. It will take about 1 minute to download using a 56k modem. Right click on the download link. Choose "save target as" from the menu. Then choose the location you want to save the order form to and click "save" The file is saved to your computer. You can open it in EXCEL, fill in your order, then print it and post it to us with your payment. Download
